Account deletion

Request deletion of your JobWell account

Submit this form to ask JobWell to delete or anonymize your account and personal account data. We process deletion requests within 30 days and will contact you if we need to verify ownership of the account.

What happens after you submit

We review the request, verify the account email when needed, then delete or anonymize personal account data that is no longer required to operate JobWell or meet legal, billing, security, and business-record obligations.

Data that may be retained

Job photos, videos, notes, reports, and related records owned by a contractor, company, or property-owner workspace may be retained for business records and customer proof of work.
Billing, legal, tax, fraud-prevention, security, and dispute records may be retained when required or reasonably necessary.
If your account is part of a company workspace, we may remove or anonymize your user account while preserving the workspace job history.
